Scott AFB Family Advocacy Program (FAP) and the Airman & Family Readiness Center (A&FRC) is offering a research-based course, “How to Avoid Falling for a Jerk (or Jerkette)” on June 23rd, 30th, and July 7th, 14th, & 21st from 1:30p.m. to 3:30p.m. Developed after a decade of research by Dr. John Van Epp ( The class will be held at the A&FRC building 1650, 404 W. Martin Street. Whether you are single, dating, engaged, or single again, this class offers information about how to pick a partner and develop a relationship in a healthy way. It is facilitated by William White, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Family Advocacy Outreach Manager. This 5-session program is offered free of charge.
